We Need Your Help!

The first part of Township Hall’s renovation (mostly exterior) was completed in 2012, and now it’s time to finish the job! But we can only accomplish this with your generous assistance…

Our Phase One Renovation

donate-stairsThe first phase of the renovation was completed in 2012 with the exterior renovation of the stone and brick walls and stone staircase leading to the main entrance to the building.  Handicap access was added to the south side.  A new charming courtyard was added on the north side.

Interior renovations included lobby, staircase, and second floor office space.  The historic paint colors created the look of historic “chic”.

Phase one of the renovation was complete through a long term prepaid lease by the Chagrin Valley Chamber of Commerce.

Who We Are:

donate-ext-signFriends of Chagrin Falls Township Hall is a group of interested residents formed by the need to see Township Hall brought back to it’s former glory.

We collected ideas about what is needed by reaching out to our residents and professional party planners. We asked these people for their “wish list” of changes necessary to bring the Hall up to modern times.

This wish list is reasonable and very achievable with your support!
